Laborer - Garbage Collection

Location:McKinney, TX
Schedule:Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM start time | 50+ hours/week
Pay:$18.00/hr

Waste Connections is growing and adding General Laborer to our team in McKinney, TX! This is a physically demanding outdoor role where you'll work on the back of a garbage truck, manually collecting waste and helping keep our community clean and safe.

Responsibilities
* Manually collect garbage and load it into the back of a waste collection truck
* Work outdoors in all weather conditions, ensuring timely and efficient service
* Support the driver with safe and effective waste collection practices
* Follow all safety procedures and company policies
* Assist with other duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements
* Ability to lift up to 60 lbs repeatedly throughout the day
* Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
* Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
