We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated professional to fill the position of HST Program Analyst - MCTSP.

** This position is contingent upon contract award. **

Location: Remote - ability to travel 50%

ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Assist the Higher Command (HICOM) Support Team (HST) Ops Manager to ensure the ability for the MCTSP team to simultaneously support up to four large-scale multi-echelon exercises.

* Replicate the HICOM, typically in the form of a Division, Corps, or Joint Force Headquarters.

* Teach, coach, mentor and train Division and Brigade Commanders and Staff counterparts across all WFF, to include Command, Control, and Communications Technology, the philosophy of MISSION Command and the art and science of Command and Control (C2).

* Assist HST Ops Manager in ensuring appropriate staffing to provide training across the breadth and depth of a Division Headquarters.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

* Master's degree, subject immaterial.

* 20+ years of experience in military training exercises.

* 2+ years of experience specifically with JELC process.

* Senior Army leadership experience,

* Extensive training management background with Combat Training Center experience.

* Successfully served as a Brigade, Division or Corps staff primary within the WFF function they represent.

* Successfully served on a command team at the Battalion level (Brigade level command preferred).

* Experienced in large-scale live and constructive exercises, a doctrinal expert within all WFF functions.

* Familiar with the employment and operation of Army MCIS. Current DoD TOP SECRET Security Clearance, TS/SCI preferred.
