Manage enterprise level programs and portfolios through administrative support, data analysis, tracking and reporting. Oversee and support project execution through continual coordination of program/portfolio plans, data analysis, reporting and education. This position will interact on a regular basis with faculty, staff, and vendors. Responsibilities
* Establish and communicate internal processes to ensure successful project execution and completion. * Ensure project managers have the appropriate tools and resources for successful project delivery. * Report updates and progress to Senior Leaders related to strategic projects and initiatives * Responsible for consistent collaboration and communication with the unit directors, building managers, the campus IT community, and other key stakeholders to ensure that the project management organization is knowledgeable of the needs of those that we serve. * Responsible for the assignment and management of one or more project managers focused on Enterprise systems projects and initiatives * Assist in creation and delivery of materials for project/program management * Manage all aspects of assigned programs throughout project life-cycle to ensure completion within the defined scope, quality and time constraints.
