The Director, MBA Admissions will report to the Assistant Dean of Graduate Admissions, the Director, MBA Admissions is primarily responsible for creating and implementing recruiting and admissions plans for the Full Time MBA program. This individual will be forward-thinking, collaborative, motivated, and goal oriented, with an attention to details as well as the ability to understand and achieve the broader strategic vision.This role executes other related duties as assigned, and is expected to promote an environment that fosters inclusive relationships and creates unbiased opportunities for contributions through ideas, words, and actions that uphold principles of the USC Code of Ethics. Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree Minimum Experience: 5 years Minimum Skills: Managerial experience in university recruitment and admissions. Preferred Experience: 7 years Anticipated Hiring Range: The annual base salary range for this position is $103,512.13 - $145,791.70.
