Primary Location:

Nampa, Idaho

Forklift Operator: Drives gasoline, liquefied gas, or electric powered industrial truck equipped with lifting devices such as forklift, boom, scoop, lift beam and swivel hook, fork grapple, clamps, elevating platform, or trailer hitch, to push, pull, lift, stack, tier, or move products, equipment, or materials by performing the following duties.

  • Forklift Operator Certification. Obtain and maintain forklift safety certification by company.
  • Unloads and stacks material by safe operation of lift.
  • Inventories materials on work floor/production line, and supply workers with materials as needed.
  • Loads or unloads materials in accordance with load sheets or other appropriate directives.
  • Records materials loaded and unloaded in accordance with established procedure.
  • Lubricates truck, recharges batteries, or replaces liquefied gas tank.
  • Proactively engage with our safety teams, polices, and best practice.
  • Wears Company provided uniform and required sanitation and safety devices as appropriate to comply with safety and sanitation standards for beverage production operations.
  • Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor at any time.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 months previous experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all employees of the organization and their customers or clients.
  • Ability to perform basic functions of math in all units of measure and formats.
  • Ability to interpret rate, ratio, percent, and graphs.
  • Ability to stay flexible with competing priorities and the demands of production.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is:

  • Regularly required to sit; use hands to handle or feel; and reach with hands/arms, and lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • Occasionally required to stand; walk; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
