JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible to maintain and grow a base of new and existing accounts. Client's primary customer contact for Coffee Distributing Company. Build strong client relationships that will involve regular communication, responding to inquiries and concerns. Coordinating with internal departments to resolve any issues. Provide proactive and consultative client support. Strive to find the products/equipment which best fit the individual needs of the client.

  • Primarily an in-office position with field time for client visits as needed.
ESSSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
  • Prioritize and manage base of accounts.
  • Profile and evaluate accounts for opportunities.
  • Evaluate available reporting and data to identify potential issues and opportunities.
  • Connect with client contacts both in person and via phone in a regular cadence.
  • Provide client business reviews.
  • Build client relationships while engaging with decision makers.
  • Ensure timely response to all requests and inquiries.
  • Manage contracts and renewals.
  • Maintain an activity log.
  • Identify upselling and cross selling opportunities.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate with client leaders at all levels.
  • Ability to multi-task while demonstrating strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the capacity to prioritize while adapting to shifting priorities
  • Ability to work independently while prioritizing time management.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Analytical skills to effectively analyze reporting and situations.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience with account management.
  • Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced environment.
