Overview:

The Application Analyst IV is responsible for the overall design and development of custom software applications,

This includes designing, coding, troubleshooting, and maintaining application,

The Application Analyst IV will do some team leading, project management and end-user support as required,

Education

Minimum Bachelor degree in computer science, computer engineering, programming, or a related field,

Certification in Epic Clarity or Caboodle or both,

Certification in Epic Cogito Fundamentals

Work Experience

• Experience creating, enhancing applications, reports, dashboards or other types of software and applications
• Hands on experience with different programming languages, such as SQL, Ruby, Python, R etc
• Knowledge and experience of Audit Reports, HIPAA compliance, Data security, REST APIs, Microservices and other backend development as per teams requirement
• Experience with Cogito tools, Cogito Reporting applications, building dashboards, metrics, data extracts, etc
• Experience working within an Agile software development environment
• Hands on experience with database systems, Epic Report Queues, Epic data securities etc
• Experience with database design and development using Clarity and Caboodle, with good command over database securities, queries optimization, and Tables,views, stored procedure performance, SSIS development and job scheduling
• Experience contributing to the system design or architecture including architecture, design patterns, reliability, and scaling of new and current systems
• Experience working on technical handbooks to represent the design and functionality of Reports, dashboards, analytics of multiple application areas
• Experience in end-to-end feature development including backend applications, implementations of new features of EHR application, and technically leading the other team members to ensure quality project delivery
• Proven skills to closely work with end users throughout the SDLC, and lead the product technical documentation
• Expert in creating solutions that use variety of database systems as backend solutions

• Experience in evaluating and recommending newer toolsets to enhance quality and speed of projects delivery

• Proven ability to design and advocate for a technical roadmap
• Demonstrated technical leadership within a large organization
