Hybrid Position Job Summary The Employee Relations Manager is responsible for investigate the appropriate application and interpretation of company policies and acts as the escalation point for employees to resolve issues. This role ensures appropriate and timely subpoena adherence, conducts investigations and produces effective resolutions to employee issues. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
