Leads the development and execution of holistic, global category management strategies, including strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, diversity, and risk management initiatives. Develops, executes, and manages global sourcing strategies using the Company's sourcing methodology. Essential Functions
Minimum Education Bachelor's degree in science / arts or equivalent in business analysis, strategic management, marketing, or other analytical field; degree in supply chain, logistics, finance, mathematics, or other quantitative discipline preferred. Minimum Experience Minimum two (2) years work experience in sourcing, financial analysis, or related field; a related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirement. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Basic understanding of market dynamics, financial principles, and data analytics. Ability to conduct standard market analysis. Knowledge of project management, current technology tools/advances, and database/analytical tools. Prior experience with cost analysis, Coupa, and Power BI Dashboard preferred. Good interpersonal skills. Strong written and oral communication skills.
