Position must operate out of our DC office with a required three days onsite, Monday - Wednesday, with flexibility to work remote on Thursday and Friday.

Essential Functions:



  • Works as part of programs team to accomplish Foundation goals; assists project directors in accomplishing Workforce Development programs team goals.
  • Supports all internal team members and departments following the Foundation's mission and values while promoting Foundation culture.
  • Maintains current contact information for key stakeholders.
  • Establishes and maintains strong working relationship with internal NRA/NRAEF staff, SRA/SRAEFs and external partners to ensure collaboration.
  • Assists in the collection and documentation of all program data and activities, including site visits.
  • Assists with any data collection required by grant and program report materials compilation.
  • Organizes and maintains all past program data, material and files.
  • Assists with program budget management (i.e. tracking invoices to budget).
  • Assists with planning monthly calls, meetings, and special events on various dates and in various formats (virtual, live, & hybrid) or locations across the country.
  • Assists with programs communication materials.
  • Assists with knowledge sharing platform content, calendar, and community engagement.
  • Responsible for transmission of programmatic, communication, and event materials via shipping, print and electronic methods.

Other Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1 -3 years experience commensurate with job duties
