The Role

AXS is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. This role will own the AXS website experience. You will help define product strategy, drive execution, and ensure a seamless and engaging experience for fans. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and launch features that improve the ticket-buying journey and enhance user engagement.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, data-driven, and passionate about delivering best-in-class web experiences.

What Will You Do?



  • Manage and execute the product roadmap for the AXS website, working with product leadership to prioritize features based on business goals, customer insights, and market trends.
  • Partner with engineering, design, analytics, and marketing teams to develop, test, and launch new website features.
  • Optimize conversion funnels, personalization, and user engagement to improve fan experiences and business outcomes.
  • Analyze data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement of the AXS website experience.
  • Communicate product updates, milestones, and priorities to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Ensure consistency and usability across all aspects of the website.



What Will You Bring?



  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on consumer-facing digital products.
  • Strong understanding of web product development and UX best practices.
  • Comfortable using analytics, A/B testing, and customer feedback to guide decisions
  • Experience with conversion optimization, personalization, and user engagement strategies.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across teams.
  • Ability to execute on a roadmap and deliver measurable results.



Bonus points if You Have



  • Familiarity with mobile platforms (iOS/Android)



Pay Scale: $105,000 - $138,137

Bonus:This position is eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.
