  • Pay: $15.25 per hour
  • Start Date: The end of November and beginning of December with positions available throughout the season.
  • Seasonal: This position is available from Late November and throughout the winter season. Seasonal work involves temporary employment tied to specific times of the year.
  • Schedule: May require working early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure guest safety at all aquatic facilities through vigilant supervision and ongoing practice of life-saving skills.
  • Maintain continuous zone coverage and rotate stations without breaking protection.
  • Provide emergency care using Ellis & Associates training.
  • Conduct daily checks on medical equipment (AEDs, trauma bags, O2 tanks, etc.) and ensure all equipment/facilities are functional and presentable.
  • Support guest services through clear communication, community outreach, and positive engagement.
  • Follow service recovery protocols to resolve guest concerns.
  • Perform daily maintenance checks on vehicles, equipment, and facilities.
  • Comply with all safety, security, and government regulations.
  • Report safety concerns to leadership.
  • Attend required meetings and trainings.
  • Assist with daily operations, which may include laundry, phones, guest hospitality, beach setup, landscaping, basic maintenance, and working in varying weather conditions.


Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED
