What you will be doing... Your IMPACT



  • Support the evaluation and execution of M&A transactions and investment opportunities through market research, financial analysis, due diligence, and integration planning.
  • Build and maintain financial models (DCF, LBO, accretion/dilution) to evaluate investment opportunities.
  • Conduct industry and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
  • Prepare presentations and material for Executive Leadership and Board of Director discussions.
  • Lead due diligence processes in collaboration with stakeholders and third-party advisors to evaluate financial, operational, and legal risks.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess strategic fit and deal feasibility.
  • Track and manage pipeline of potential target and strategic opportunities.
  • Research and synthesize market trends into actionable strategy.
  • Assist in post-merger integration efforts and performance tracking of acquired entities.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.



What we are looking for...

You will need to have:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or strategic finance is preferred.


Even better if you have...



  • Analytical and collaborative mindset is highly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of the M&A process and valuation methodologies.
  • Strong accounting and finance skills with demonstrated financial modeling experience.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases.
  • Knowledge of maritime, transportation, or logistics industry is a plus.
