Capital Group has a Global Corporate Access team of 14 people, with associates based in North America (Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco), London and throughout Asia (Hong Kong, Mumbai, Singapore, and Tokyo). The aim of the group is to act as a central point of contact and coordinating body within the firm for all corporate access events, including bespoke field trips and site visits, sector-specific conferences, roadshows, and conference calls. This role requires liaising between Capital Group investment teams, corporates, third party IR firms, and sell-side brokers. There's an exciting in-person opportunity available for a Corporate Access specialist to join the Americas Corporate Access team reporting to the Americas Manager. The specialist will be responsible for originating and managing events in the Americas region and allocated sectors. S/he will be tasked with curating access to corporates, experts, and government entities, including site visits, conference calls, roadshows, conferences, and bespoke research trips. In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
