Minimum Qualifications:

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, MIS, Software Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related discipline

• Grad date of December 2025 or May 2026

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills, business understanding and technical expertise

• Communication skills, strategic & analytical thinking aptitudes, and the ability to collaborate with global teams

• Top talent who can turn innovative ideas into solutions that will differentiate our business in the marketplace

The base salary for this position is$89,000.At General Mills we strive for each employee's pay at any point in their career to reflect their experiences,performance, and skills for their role.
