Senior Corporate Counsel, eCommerce Product Role Overview: Join PlayStation and help shape the future of gaming and entertainment! As Senior Corporate Counsel, eCommerce, you'll support our product teams for PlayStation Store, PlayStation Direct, PlayStation Subscription Services, and related e-commerce services and activities. You will be part of the high functioning Global Direct-to-Consumer Legal team and you will get to work with a variety of teams across our global business, including commercial, retail, product, and engineering teams. The breadth of responsibilities starts from product inception, goes through development, scoping, testing, and release to market, continuing support as the product evolves. As a key team member, you'll help ensure our commerce strategy brings the PlayStation brand to millions of fans through an impactful commerce journey that allows our users to safely login, play, and transact. The ideal candidate will be an efficiency-minded, strategic problem solver with knowledge of the laws and regulations impacting a major e-commerce platform and confidence navigating ambiguity. Experience with autorenewals and subscription services is a plus. You must have excellent judgment in balancing legal risks with business strategy, as well as the ability to build strong client relationships and work closely with subject matter experts within the Legal Department to provide nuanced and informed legal advice to key elements of SIE's business. You will use your drive and experience to make a significant impact on a major segment of our global business.
