Air Cost Control ("A2C"), a subsidiary of HEICO, a leading aviation electrical interconnect product distribution Company, is seeking a PT Receptionist (ON-SITE) 20-30 hours flexible that would be primarily responsible for, but not limited to the following duties:

• Greet and welcome visitors and clients upon their arrival.
• Efficiently manage the check-in process, ensuring accurate information collection and issuance of visitor badges.
• Maintain a professional and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects the company's values.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, conference room reservations, and travel reservations.
• Maintain and update visitor logs, databases, and records.
• Collaborate with team members to provide administrative support, such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
• Track and replenish general office supplies.
• Order and maintain inventory of company-logo apparel.
• Contribute to the overall office organization and cleanliness.
• Provide Administrative support to Managing Director.
• Handle expense reports for Managing Director utilizing Expensify.
• Assist Accounts Receivable with cash applications: posting payments received from banks, handle collections on smaller accounts

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION

• High school diploma or equivalent

EXPERIENCE

• Prior experience as a receptionist or in customer service roles preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
• Proficiency in using office equipment, including phones, computers, and relevant software applications.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Understanding of privacy and security protocols.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
