Enterprise Architect

Overview:

Paragon Technology Group seeks an experienced Enterprise Architect to support the Defense Logistics Agency's Joint Contingency & Expeditionary Services (JCXS) program. This role is responsible for high-level architecture strategy, system integration, and technical oversight across JCXS' multi-application environment supporting contingency contracting, vendor management, and operational logistics for the DoD and interagency partners. The successful candidate will set the functional and technical standards for the program, ensuring mission-critical systems are secure, scalable, and responsive to evolving requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain enterprise-level architectural products, frameworks, and roadmaps for the JCXS systems portfolio.
• Provide expert guidance on the selection, integration, and optimization of technologies that support acquisition, sustainment, and operational contracting systems.
• Advise program leadership on feasibility, risk, and modernization strategies for legacy redesigns and new development.
• Ensure solutions align with DoD Enterprise Architecture and DLA standards.
• Lead technical design reviews, ensuring configuration management and cybersecurity compliance.
• Collaborate with sustainment and development teams to maintain architectural coherence across multiple environments (Production, Development, Test, Training).

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years' experience in contingency contracting and/or with DoD contingency acquisition systems.
• Experience developing architectural deliverables for large-scale defense business systems.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical, engineering, business, or related field (substitution permitted).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and enterprise architecture tools.
• Active DoD Secret clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Direct experience with DLA JETS task areas or JCXS systems.
• Background in C#, .NET, HTML5 enterprise applications.
• Ability to brief senior DoD leadership and stakeholders.
