Security Service Technician Our client is seeking a results-driven Security Service Technician to join a dynamic and supportive team. This role involves servicing and supporting existing customers through scheduled service calls, small projects, and customer support programs. Responsibilities * Respond to routine and emergency service calls * Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair security systems * Install and support access control, CCTV, and intrusion systems * Complete detailed service reports for invoicing and job tracking * Travel locally to job sites; minimal overnight travel may be required Required Qualifications * 3-7 years of experience or trade school equivalent * Strong customer focus and ability to work under pressure * Advanced technical skills in fire alarm and electronic security systems * Proven troubleshooting and programming ability * Mechanical and electrical aptitude; comfortable using hand and power tools * Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication * Ability to manage multiple service needs simultaneously * Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) * Self-starter with minimal supervision * Valid driver's license and clean driving record Preferred Experience * Field service experience * CCTV: Avigilon, Milestone, Genetec, Lenel * Access Control: AMAG, Lenel, Genetec, Software House (CCURE), S2, RS2, Avigilon * Intrusion: DMP, Bosch Key Skills Security systems, CCTV, Access control, Installation, Troubleshooting, Alarm systems Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $58000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
