Seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage the closing process of loan workout packages. This role ensures compliance with investor, insurer, and regulatory guidelines while coordinating across departments to finalize workout terms and cure delinquencies.
Key Responsibilities * Review and validate borrower-executed documents for accuracy and compliance. * Reconcile loan modifications and ensure proper amortization. * Oversee quality control of funds movement, escrow balances, and advance setup. * Collaborate with cash management, escrow, and investor accounting teams. * Submit workout settlements to investor systems (FNMA/FHLMC) and finalize internal records. * Process post-workout invoices and corporate advance reconciliations. * Manage FHA Payment Supplement terminations and document recording approvals. * Prepare loans for buyout and ensure all documentation is complete. * Troubleshoot workout completion issues and improve internal procedures. * Maintain compliance with industry regulations and internal policies. * Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications * 2+ years of mortgage servicing or loss mitigation experience. * High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. * Strong knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, USDA loan documents and regulatory requirements. * Familiarity with CFPB, FCRA, FDCPA, and SOPs. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, loan servicing software, and document retention systems (e.g., Blitzdoc/ICE). * Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $23.16 - $23.16/hr.
