Remote 8 week contract opportunity with a large health system in VA! * * We are seeking Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join the Contact Center team and assist patients with updating payment information and navigating the new billing system. Key Responsibilities: * Contact patients to update credit card information for recurring payment plans that did not transfer to the new EPIC system. * Communicate changes with empathy and professionalism to ensure patients feel supported and informed. * Offer and explain payment plan options and terms. * Handle inbound calls related to billing questions and payment plans. * Work from a designated EPIC work queue to identify and reach out to affected patients. * Support overflow calls to the main billing line and assist with patient inquiries. * Educate patients on the new billing experience and help re-establish autopay setups.
