*Description*
As an Information Technology (IT) Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work both independently and with a cooperative team on complex projects that may span multiple infrastructure components or applications. You will develop your professional network and leadership skills, assisting in the creation and support of IT Solutions that enable success. Further, you will contribute real value by developing, integrating, and/or supporting in house and purchased applications or infrastructure solutions in order to solve business problems. Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: * Working directly on application / technical problem identification and resolution, including off-shift and weekend support functions * Participating in integrated testing and user acceptance of application or infrastructure components * Working with vendors on the integration of purchased application(s) and/or infrastructure * Designing and implementing processes, or process improvements, to aid in development and support * Local IT support person - Liaison between the site and Global IT Services Primary On-Site IT Support: Serve as the dedicated technical resource for the client's facility, providing hands-on support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Act as the first point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving technical problems, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations. Office Relocation Support: Play a key role in the upcoming office move, including: Planning and executing the setup of new workstations, conference rooms, and shared spaces. Coordinating and installing basic cabling for network and power connections. Ensuring seamless connectivity and functionality of IT infrastructure in the new environment. Collaborating with vendors and internal teams to manage timelines and logistics. Support for Virtual Reality Innovation Environment: Provide technical assistance to the team managing the VR innovation space, including: Maintaining and troubleshooting VR hardware and software systems. Assisting with updates, installations, and configuration of immersive technology platforms. Supporting demonstrations, testing, and development activities within the VR environment. Ensuring the environment remains operational and optimized for performance and user experience. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure IT needs are met efficiently. Provide clear documentation and regular updates on progress, issues, and resolutions. Proactive Maintenance & Monitoring: Conduct routine checks and preventive maintenance to identify potential issues before they impact operations. Desired Qualifications: * IT experience related to programming, integration or infrastructure * Knowledge and experience with one or more of the following business processes: 1. Engineering 2. Software Development Life Cycle 3. PC Support and security *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
