Key responsibilities: - Review and understand the goals of new tasks and projects - Consult with business units and SMEs to identify, clarify, and document project objectives and tasks - Provide support for the gathering and further analysis of data as it relates to projects - Work within the Jira and Confluence applications to detail and update projects - Test and validate deliverables against the requirements list - Work within the parameters set forth in the company policies for Project Management and SDLC - Actively engage in principles of Change Management to ensure stakeholders are fully prepared for each projects' final deliverables - Participate in post project analysis to reflect upon successes, failures, and lessons learned - Develop and maintain detail project plans, timelines, and status reports - Ensure projects meet compliance, security, and audit requirements - Utilize tools such as Jira, Confulence, and other Atlassian products for documentation and tracking - Navigate a profession, non-agile environment with structured governance Current key projects (likely/potential first focus): Experience in 2+ areas (more the better) - SQL Server Migration: SQL 2016 to SQL 2019/2022 - Application control implementation: enhance security and compliance - VDI rollout across branches, including coordination and testing - IAM system replacement - Datacenter migration and modernization Skills Project management, Infrastructure, sql server, IT Operations, jira, Infrastructure projects, Data center projects, Stakeholder management, IAM, identity access management, vdi, virtual desktop Top Skills Details Project management,Infrastructure,sql server,IT Operations,jira Additional Skills & Qualifications 10+ years experience as a project manager, strong prefer banking / financial experience excellent oral and written communication skills *Fluent in Chinese is a huge plus - Bachelor's degree - Proven success managing infrastructure and operations projects - Strong understanding of IT compliance, risk, and security standards - Excellent communication (oral and written), stakeholder management, and leadership skills - Experience with SQL server migrations, application control, IAM systems, VDI deployments, data center migrations - Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) - 3+ years of business analysis experience - Previous role in computer infrastructure projects - Training/certification toward PMP or equivalent Soft skills: - STRONG communication - Attention to detail, organized - Level-headed and professional Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $83.00/hr.
