Position Title: Inside Sales Consultant - Small Business Solutions
Location: (Insert Location or "Remote") Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Level: Expert About the Role We're seeking confident, consultative sales professionals to join a high-performing team focused on helping small business owners find the right solutions for their operations. This is a full-cycle sales role where you'll manage inbound and outbound leads, conduct discovery calls, and close deals-all in one conversation. You'll be the first point of contact for small business owners exploring accounting and payroll software. Your goal: understand their needs, recommend the right solutions, and close the sale during the initial interaction. Key Responsibilities * Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries via phone and chat, with leads provided by our internal development team * Conduct full discovery calls to understand each customer's business operations, challenges, and goals * Recommend tailored solutions across our product ecosystem, reinforcing value and ROI * Close sales in a single interaction, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience * Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics including conversion rates, productivity, and customer satisfaction * Flexibly adapt to business needs, shifting between inbound and outbound sales as required * Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and follow up as needed to ensure customer success Required Skills & Experience * Proven experience in full-cycle sales, ideally in a consultative or software sales environment * Strongexperience in call center, inbound/outbound sales, or inside sales support * Ability to engage in natural, confident conversations with small business owners * High level of computer literacy and comfort with technology platforms * Resilience and tenacity-experience in door-to-door sales or similar high-effort environments is a plus * Experience with subscription-based sales or B2B sales preferred * Titles that align well: Account Manager, Business Development Representative, Account Executive Additional Information * No time off permitted during the first 5 weeks of employment due to training and ramp-up * Ideal candidates are consultative sellers who can quickly build rapport and close deals *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $22.02 - $22.02/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
