The Clinician Experience and Cultural Development team at Optum Health is dedicated to creating a positive and inclusive work environment for physicians and clinicians. Their mission is to attract, develop, and retain top talent through initiatives such as clinical talent acquisition, onboarding, training, mentorship, and clinician education. Additionally, the team supports professional growth through partnership programs and the Provider Development Institute. This role is responsible for the planning, management, and execution of two key partnership programs: Optum Partnership Program (OPP) and the Advanced Practice Excellence (APEX) program. These programs are to recognize, reward, and support clinicians across Optum Health for their contributions both locally and nationally. The ideal candidate coordinates and completes projects across various functional areas. They provide expertise in project scope, risk identification, methodology, resource allocation, and facilitation. The role involves ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope, assessing needs, solving moderately complex problems, and conducting analyses. They work with minimal guidance, translating concepts into practice, and provide explanations on difficult issues. You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. Primary Responsibilities:

The salary for this role will range from $89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
