Schedule & Pay

1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM | $20 per hour

Requirements



  • 2 years of experience
  • Expert-level knowledge of Excel (PivotTable, VLOOKUP, creating formulas, and spreadsheets)
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred



Responsibilities



  • Publish daily manpower schedules.
  • Maintain the OT posting wall and award OT per policy.
  • Participate in weekly staffing operations review and maintain staffing measures.
  • Maintain production competency matrix.
  • Assist in training the trainer events.
  • Assist HR/business unit leaders in posting and filling open full-time/part-time/seasonal positions.
  • Coordinate the factory-wide vacation selection process and manage associated records per policy.
  • Audit Kronos to ensure compliance with 7/72, 8-month attendance policies.
  • Coordination of training (forklift, NEO activities).
  • Maintain current involvement in New Hire Orientation.
  • Coordinate New Hire Orientation (Eventually manage the InfoBase).
  • Manage all external career fairs/hiring events.
  • Participate in Phone screens/interviews.
  • Scheduling/coordinating interviews for resources, team leaders, and floor employees.
