Ever-Green Energy is looking for a team member to coordinate the development and execution of communications and engagement projects, programs, and events in support of promoting Ever-Green Energy and its affiliates. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Coordinates the development and execution of marketing and communication efforts for Ever-Green Energy and its affiliates, with a focus on content development and editorial management of digital and print materials.
2. Manages projects and improves processes related to communications as well as customer and stakeholder engagement in support of utility sales, marketing, and business development. 3. Coordinates customer care and engagement efforts for the company's client and utility customers, including development and deployment of processes, tools, platforms, and training. 4. Builds and nurtures an external network of individuals and organizational contacts to support the ongoing success and future growth of Ever-Green Energy and its affiliates. 5. Assists with managing the strategic function of the company contacts database by coordinating the user experience, monitoring the platform's effectiveness for tracking and reporting, performing regular content and contact update processes, and entering or reviewing data. 6. Coordinates the planning and preparation of customer and visitor meetings, outreach and engagement events, conferences and expos, receptions, and other in-person and virtual special events. 7. Participates in team efforts to have a company presence in community and stakeholder processes, meetings, and events. 8. Coordinates tour program logistics including managing requests, scheduling, improving processes, and coordinating the records management for tour registries. 9. Assists the team with management of visual and brand assets including brand standards and branded collateral requests, logos, photo assets, and orders of branded items. 10. Coordinates marketing and communications administrative projects, including market research, mailings, management of department supplies, vendor payments, and support of facilities management activities. 11. Carry out other projects and special assignments as requested. Please note that the specific compensation for this role will be determined based on your experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity considerations. The hourly range for this position is: $30.10 to $33.84 This range reflects the base salary for this position.
