Job Summary
The Senior Salesforce Administrator leads the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the Salesforce platform to support business operations and enhance enterprise-wide user experience.

Primary Objectives
  • Act as primary resource for end-user support and problem resolution for the Salesforce platform.
  • Manage and coordinate planning, testing, and implementation of Salesforce upgrades, enhancements, and new releases.
  • Monitor system functionality and proactively address technical issues and inefficiencies.
  • Evaluate and optimize Salesforce features and tools to improve functionality and user experience.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage new user setup, security roles, profiles, permissions, and access requests.
  • Provide expert-level support and guidance to internal teams on Salesforce functionality and related standards.
  • Research and recommend system enhancements, features, and tools to support continuous improvement and enhanced efficiency.
  • Prepare and deliver project updates and performance metrics to leadership and project teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business partners, and vendors to identify and implement solutions and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, disruptions, and performance gaps.
  • Develop, maintain, and publish documentation, user guides, and knowledge base articles for Salesforce users.
  • Build and maintain workflows, approval processes, and validation rules.
  • Review, audit, and validate data and resolve data integrity issues.
  • Coordinate and lead Salesforce testing and deployment projects related to new releases, features, and integrations.
  • Contribute to strategic planning for Salesforce roadmap and long-term platform evolution.
  • Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in information Systems, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required
Licenses and Certifications
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) required
  • Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant Certification preferred
Work Experience
  • 5+ years' experience of advanced Salesforce administration required

  • Strong proficiency with Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud products.
  • Ability to multi-task, manage priorities, and meet critical deadlines.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical manuals, materials, and knowledge bases.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, work independently, and collaborate on cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to identify and resolve complex issues using innovative research and analysis.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Starting pay will be determined by job-related factors including experience, education, and business needs and may be modified at any time.

Zone 1: $115,000 - $135,000
