This opportunity is critical to the performance and continued growth of the sites Roofing and Asphalt plants. The Industrial Millwright Technicians primary purpose is maintaining plant equipment at optimum efficiency. The Industrial Millwright Technician will be required to use their troubleshooting skills and experience to resolve mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic (etc.) problems that may occur. The successful candidate would also be responsible for development and training of Maintenance Apprentices and work with operations to improve machine efficiencies. This position will start on day shift for training but will work on graveyard. Position will start on day shift, Mon-Fri 7am-3pm In addition, the Portland teamis offering theopportunity topursue and obtain addtional development and licensing through the State of Oregon Apprenticeship programs (e.g., LME or IMM programs).
