Purpose of the Job


We are looking for an extremely organized and highly detailed individual who can handle multiple projects while working with clients, internal design & production teams, and outside vendors. The candidate must be comfortable & confident juggling a wide range of duties involving multiple teams. Ideal candidate will have customer service & project coordination experience. Experience working in POS production or sales (permanent or temporary displays, branded merch, print, digital) a plus, but not required. Candidate must be pro-active, flexible, and eager to learn and have the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities



  • Operate Collect, organize, document, and communicate key project details at the request of Account & Production teams to ensure client requests and projects are delivered flawlessly
  • Manage & act on daily communications as a liaison between the client & internal teams, including receiving & organizing incoming order requests with a significant amount of detail & urgency
  • Collaborate with internal Design, Client, & Production teams to achieve optimum results
  • Provide administrative support for Account Manager & Project Manager, including daily correspondence, data entry, order processing, & managing invoicing process/documentation


Knowledge, Skills + Experience



  • 1+ year of direct client interfacing experience
  • 1+ year of project coordination experience
  • Learn and navigate proficiently in our job control software & client e-Store
  • Strong communication skills with all levels of the organization and externally with customers and vendors via telephone, email, and in person
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Outstanding attention to detail, thoroughness, and dedication to excellent results in abbreviated timelines
  • Experience excelling within fast paced, high energy environments
  • Highly proficient with MS Office software, especially Excel & PowerPoint
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge of retail displays, manufacturing, or print production a plus

For U.S based applicants: The US base salary range for this position is $45,000 to $50,000 annually. Actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors that are unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, certifications and work location. This range may be different in other locations due to differences in cost of labor. The total compensation for this package includes an annual performance bonus target in addition to base salary.
