The Rates legal team provides regulatory support across a broad spectrum of matters pertaining to ratemaking, revenue, and rate design. Position Summary The Chief Counsel (Rates) Attorney will report to the Managing Counsel for Rates. The Chief Counsel will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients in various aspects of the company's operations, depending on the rate matters at issue. The Chief Counsel will be expected to lead, and actively manage project teams in, regulatory proceedings at the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC), including the Company's General Rate Case. This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and your assigned work location based on business need. The assigned work location is the Oakland General Office(OGO) Reporting Relationship Reports to the Managing Counsel -- Rates. Job Responsibilities

Compensation PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity. Although we estimatethe successful candidate hiredinto this rolewill be placed towards the middle or entry point of the range, the decisionwill be made on a case-by-casebasis related tothese factors. This leadership role is also eligible for an annual Short Term Incentive Plan (STIP), as well as the Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP).
