Job Title: Data Entry Clerk The Data Entry Clerk will report to IDRE Management and is responsible for accurately entering and updating data into the appropriate database systems. This role requires quick and accurate typing skills. Key Responsibilities: Represent PRI Values: Understand and embody PRI's mission, vision, and values in all interactions. Data Entry: Accurately enter and update data into database systems, workbooks, and other documents. Data Verification: Verify and validate data to ensure completeness and accuracy. Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and adhere to physical and data security protocols. Timely Deliverables: Ensure the submission of timely, accurate deliverables with 98% accuracy and 100% timeliness. Client Communication: Engage internal and external clients to manage expectations and build collaborative relationships. Team Collaboration: Work with project team members to fulfill contract obligations and meet ISO requirements. Required Experience: Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Technical Skills: Excellent computer and typing skills; proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel). Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Independence: Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Ability to read, select, and edit the appropriate template emails and documents based on clear guidelines. Benefits and Compensation Provider Resources provides a competitive benefits package that includes access to Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, Life Insurance, Disability, Health Savings Account (HSA), Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), Critical Illness, Accident, Legal and ID Theft, 401k plan, PTO. The anticipated salary range for fully qualified candidates applying for this role will be $30,000 - $41,836 (not including discretionary bonus, equity, and benefits). The final salary offered will be dependent on several factors that include but are not limited to relevant previous experience including duration and type of experience within the industry, education, and internal equity.
