Job Overview

The Engagement & Experience Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Engagement & Experience Team and the various HR Centers of Excellence. This role will complete assigned project-related work tasks, conduct research, and update files and databases. Supports on execution, creation, and logistics particularly related to HR events. Manages HR digital spaces, scheduling training, etc. This role may be asked to assist with onboarding tasks, and communications for the HR department.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining databases and sorting emails for the HR department
  • Assists with maintaining records, while ensuring they are maintained at the highest level of accuracy and consistency
  • Partners with the various HR Centers of Excellence to continually improve processes, reduce errors and increase efficiency, while participating in ongoing projects
  • Provides telephonic and electronic support to employees and managers in answering HR-related questions and provides issue resolution
  • Runs and uses established reports to successfully complete job and assist others who have a need for project-related information
  • Performs other ad hoc tasks as assigned
  • Manages event planning & communications

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Advanced computer skills is a must with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Customer-focused approach to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Proven high attention to detail and data entry integrity
  • Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Internal communication and Digital media/marketing experience
  • Manage logistics around event planning and execution
  • Confident and mature disposition
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Punctuality and dependability
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or up to 3 years of college or technical school
