Are you ready to play a key role in a major enterprise transformation? Were looking to welcome a proactive and diligent professional to support the implementation of the end-to-end process and output for the Oracle Fixed Assets (OFA) stream in our ERP releases.

In this role, you'll work closely with the Manager to ensure the successful deployment of the Oracle Cloud Fixed Asset Module, along with its integrations to and from associated systems. What you will do:

  • Support the implementation of enterprise-wide OFA solutions for upcoming ERP phases
  • Collaborate with the business to determine all OFA business requirements
  • Work with Subject Matter Experts ("SMEs"), TIS and the Systems Implementor ("SI") to complete unique OFA design requirements and provide input on the end-to-end solutions required.
  • Implement enterprise-wide ERP processes, based on ERP guiding principles
  • Work with the change management team to identify and assess change impacts and ensure appropriate documentation, training manuals and user guides. This includes inspiring change across the work stream and collaborators, as well as delivery of in-person or virtual training where necessary.
  • Prepare, review and validate test scripts and results
  • Complete data conversion procedures required to ensure complete and accurate data is migrated between ERP systems
  • Identify risks and potential solutions, assisting in developing mitigations where appropriate.
  • Hands on working with SI on all work output for respective stream including test strategy, deliverable strategy, Business Process Master List, RICEW list.
  • Although this role is predominately Fixed Asset focused, may be required to be involved in other aspects of the program, including, but not limited to Asset Work Management, AP, Order to Cash, Project Accounting, General Ledger and Financial Planning and Analysis

Who you are:

You have:

  • A bachelor's degree in addition to 6+ years of ERP implementation experience along with working knowledge of Enbridge's Oracle Cloud FA solution, SAP and Powerplan functionality in addition to Enbridge's Oracle Cloud reporting solutions and requirements for various asset and project related reports

You can:

  • Show solid critical thinking and problem-solving abilities while being able to work under stress in an unstructured environment to showcase your innovativeness, initiative and ability to lead/manage change

You are:

  • An excellent written and verbal communicator with good interpersonal skills who is skilled in negotiation, influence and showing leadership skills to mentor, coach and empower organizational objectives as they are translated into the department's activities

  • Experience supporting or leading process improvement

Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:

Grasping, kneeling, light - moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.

Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.
