Title: Sales Development Associate- Mid-Market Accounts

About the position

The Sales Development Associate identifies and qualifies new leads to generate potential sales opportunities.

The position is based in our Atlanta, GA office (hybrid model) and is expected to work from said office three out of five days a week. This position will work in CST hours.

Applicants must hold US citizen or US permanent resident status.

Responsibilities



  • Your primary responsibility (80% focus) involves proactively engaging and qualifying inbound leads within the Service Level Agreement (SLA).


  • Serving as the initial point of contact, you will quickly identify client needs and directly schedule a meeting with a Sales Director.


  • Additionally, you will independently generate new opportunities through targeted outbound prospecting (20% focus)


  • Works with the marketing team to amplify the reach and effectiveness of campaigns within their territory and follows up with inbound leads, ensuring no opportunity is missed.


  • Utilizes outbound sales tactics such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling to engage potential clients.


  • Maintains accurate records of sales activities and pipeline development in CRM tools.


Skills and Qualifications



  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree complete or in progress.


  • Experience in sales, customer service, or a related role.


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.


  • Ability to conduct research and identify potential leads.
  • Capability to handle initial sales inquiries and follow up on leads.
  • Adaptability to learn new sales techniques and tools.

Compensation

Salary will be commensurate with experience.
