Role Overview:

TD SYNNEX is committed to fostering exceptional leadership and driving organizational excellence.

We are building an internal leadership assessment and leadership advisory capability to enhance how we evaluate and develop leadership talent across the organization. The Leadership Assessment Consultant will lead high-quality, rigorous assessments of our senior leaders and executive-level candidates, supporting internal talent decisions, succession planning, and informing leadership development strategies.

This role is critical to scaling our talent assessment process efficiently, reducing external dependencies, and offering our leaders deeply personalized feedback and career coaching. This role will also support our talent management practices by providing rich, actionable insights on developmental opportunities to improve succession readiness and offer targeted career coaching.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive executive assessments of senior-level internal and external candidates using structured interviews, validated psychometric tools (e.g., Hogan, 16pf, MBTI), cognitive assessments, and 360-degree feedback.
  • Produce customized, clear, and actionable assessment reports using AI-enhanced tools, aligned with TD SYNNEX's leadership model and succession criteria.
  • Deliver insightful, development-focused debriefing sessions directly to executive candidates, managers, and senior sponsors, ensuring clarity on strengths, developmental gaps, and recommendations.
  • Provide personalized executive coaching and career advisory support, linking assessment insights directly to succession plans, individual growth, and overall performance.
  • Build and continuously refine a scalable internal executive assessment capability, reducing reliance on external firms over time.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to integrate assessment insights into executive development plans, coaching strategies, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Conduct research and analyses to continually evaluate the effectiveness and fairness of executive assessment processes and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Identifies, negotiates, and manages vendors and vendor effectiveness.
  • Stays abreast of industry trends and maintain current knowledge of best practices, legal guidelines, and research in I/O psychology, leadership assessment, and talent management.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Advanced degree (PhD preferred) in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Leadership Coaching, or related fields.
  • Deep expertise (ideally 7+ years) conducting executive-level assessments in top-tier leadership advisory or executive search firms.
  • Proven experience with psychometric assessments (Hogan, 16pf, cognitive tests, personality assessments) and structured interviewing at the C-suite or executive level.
  • Demonstrated strength in delivering compelling, actionable written reports and verbal feedback directly to senior executives and business leaders.
  • Strong executive presence and gravitas, with the ability to engage confidently and credibly at the highest organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI-driven assessment and reporting tools effectively, customizing outputs for clarity, depth, and actionable insights.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills; experience with coaching senior executives toward measurable developmental outcomes.

Le Consultant en evaluation du leadership dirigera des evaluations rigoureuses et de haute qualite de nos dirigeants seniors et des candidats au niveau executif, soutenant les decisions de talents internes, la planification de la succession et informant les strategies de developpement du leadership.

Ce role est essentiel pour optimiser notre processus d'evaluation des talents de maniere efficace, reduire les dependances externes et offrir a nos dirigeants des retours d'information et un coaching de carriere profondement personnalises. Ce role soutiendra egalement nos pratiques de gestion des talents en fournissant des informations riches et exploitables sur les opportunites de developpement pour ameliorer la preparation a la succession et offrir un coaching de carriere cible.

Responsabilites cles :
  • Realiser des evaluations executives completes de candidats internes et externes de haut niveau en utilisant des entretiens structures, des outils psychometriques valides (par exemple, Hogan, 16pf, MBTI), des evaluations cognitives et des retours d'information a 360 degres.
  • Produire des rapports d'evaluation personnalises, clairs et exploitables en utilisant des outils ameliores par l'IA, alignes sur le modele de leadership et les criteres de succession de TD SYNNEX.
  • Animer des sessions de debriefing axees sur le developpement directement aupres des candidats executifs, des gestionnaires et des sponsors seniors, en veillant a la clarte sur les forces, les lacunes de developpement et les recommandations.
  • Fournir un coaching executif personnalise et un soutien en conseil de carriere, liant les informations d'evaluation directement aux plans de succession, a la croissance individuelle et a la performance globale.
  • Construire et affiner continuellement une capacite d'evaluation executive interne evolutive, reduisant la dependance aux entreprises externes au fil du temps.
  • Collaborer avec les ressources humaines et les dirigeants d'entreprise pour integrer les informations d'evaluation dans les plans de developpement executif, les strategies de coaching et les initiatives de planification de la succession.
  • Mener des recherches et des analyses pour evaluer continuellement l'efficacite et l'equite des processus d'evaluation executive et formuler des recommandations basees sur des donnees pour l'amelioration.
  • Identifier, negocier et gerer les fournisseurs et l'efficacite des fournisseurs.
  • Se tenir au courant des tendances du secteur et maintenir des connaissances actuelles sur les meilleures pratiques, les lignes directrices legales et la recherche en psychologie I/O, evaluation du leadership et gestion des talents.
Qualifications et experience :
  • Diplome avance (doctorat prefere) en psychologie industrielle/organisationnelle, developpement organisationnel, coaching en leadership ou dans des domaines connexes.
  • Expertise approfondie (idealement 7 ans ou plus) dans la realisation d'evaluations au niveau executif dans des cabinets de conseil en leadership ou de recherche executive de premier plan
  • Experience averee avec des evaluations psychometriques (Hogan, 16pf, tests cognitifs, evaluations de personnalite) et des entretiens structures au niveau C-suite ou executif.
  • Force demontree dans la livraison de rapports ecrits convaincants et exploitables et de retours d'information verbaux directement aux dirigeants seniors et aux leaders d'entreprise.
  • Presence executive forte et gravite, avec la capacite de s'engager de maniere confiante et credible aux niveaux organisationnels les plus eleves.
  • Capacite demontree a tirer parti des outils d'evaluation et de reporting pilotes par l'IA de maniere efficace, en personnalisant les resultats pour la clarte, la profondeur et des informations exploitables.
