Robotic Weld Technician

• Programming robotic welders for various welding operations. Assist in designing of weld fixtures
• Setting up, calibrating, and testing robotic arms and sensors
• Performing regular maintenance on robotic welding systems
• Troubleshooting technical issues or system malfunctions
• Monitoring weld quality and adjusting settings as needed
• Collaborating with engineers and manual welders to optimize workflow
• This is a temporary to permanent position

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years experience running and programming a robotic welding system
• Previous forklift experience, will certify internally

• Technical certification in welding or robotics
• Experience with designing fixtures and use of cad systems to assist
• Strong understanding of robotic welding technology and its applications
• Hands-on experience with robotic welding systems, along with a commitment to high-quality workmanship and safety compliance
