Material Handler- TWB, Valley City

As a Steel Processing Associate, you'll be responsible for packaging/banding, weighing, and loading/unloading material from machines and staging material in a timely and accurate manner. You'll also be responsible for operating a forklift, building arbors and setting up machines for use as well as performing multiple tasks throughout the day to ensure safe and quality production. This position requires a self-starter with a strong work ethic and a desire to perform the duties to the highest standard.

***All newly hired employees will train on 1st shift (7a-3p) and then move to 3rd shift (11p-7a). ***

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing facility
• Mechanical knowledge in a manufacturing setting
• Ability to read blueprints and comprehend instructions
• Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
• OSHA Safety Training required
• Valid driver's license for transportation needs
• Forklift operation skills for material handling required
