Job Skills / Requirements

Duties

* Demonstrate and set example of excellence by adhering to all FCS uniform and grooming guidelines and procedures

* Adhere to and educate employees on above mentioned policies

* Effectively communicate with Account Manager regularly

* Ensure all required reporting and contract compliance requirements are met for assigned site

* Assure regular communication of issues or concerns with FCS assigned personnel and client

* Handle any escalated security issues or emergency situations appropriately

* Communicate staffing needs to the Account Manager

* Develop staff in both technical and professional skills through performance management (coaching, counseling, disciplining, training, and recognition)

* Assure that employee grievances are heard and resolved (with help from Account Manager and/or HR team) and that personnel files are updated accurately and timely

* Assures communication of policies, company announcements and job openings is received and understood by all personnel

* Meet all contractual scheduled hours with a minimum of unbilled overtime

* Ensure employees understand, read and know how to locate post assigned orders

* Manage uniforms, equipment and vehicles assigned to site

* Take a proactive approach in communicating with client and meeting their needs. Listen to issues, provide expertise and possible solutions. Ensure overall satisfaction

* Utilize Ehub for scheduling, billing and to produce reports (Scheduling Activity, invoice aging, compliance)

* Create, maintain and enhance a positive work environment

* Understand and communicate the FCS mission and embed it in site culture

* Attend all scheduled meetings for additional training and updates provided by Sr Leadership

Requirements:

  • Must have one or more of the following:
  • - Service in Military Occupational Specialty related to law enforcement, security (such as Military Police, Security Police, Corrections,) or any support role in a garrison or deployed area of operations
  • - Graduate of a Certified Public Safety Academy (military or civilian) in the law enforcement, adult corrections, or firefighter field
  • - Bachelor's degree in protective services, business, or related field
  • - A minimum of 4 or more years of active service in any military branch with an honorable, medical, or general discharge
  • - Associate degree (or 60 credits) or higher in law enforcement or criminal justice with current or prior active military service
  • - 2 years verifiable data center, security/customer service experience
  • - 3 years verifiable private/corporate security experience
  • Above average computer skills
  • At least 2+-year supervisory experience
  • Experience with Access Control
  • Above average computer skills
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to stand or sit for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift over 25 lbs.
  • Ability to create and execute schedules for 24/7 coverage
  • Mentor, counsel and lead a variety of security officers in a high-profile environment
  • Report writing skills
  • Sharp, clean-cut appearance


Education Requirements (All)

High School Diploma or GED

Bachelors Degree

Associates Degree
