Mission
Perform assembly of the products by following the process to ensure Safety, Quality and Takt time.
Roles and Responsibilities

Duties/Responsibilities:
Safety:
- Follow all applicable safety rules & regulations of the organization.
- On time reporting of risk observation / near miss / incidents
- Use all the necessary safety PPEs required for the job assigned.
- Contribute with suggestions for improving overall safety.
Assembly with Quality - Perform all tasks keeping in mind "First Time Right"
- Utilize work instructions to perform mechanical and or electrical assemblies for various products like compressors, generators, pumps or medical equipment.
- Follow all the quality check points identified for the operation and complete before sending machine to next stage.
- Ask for help when needed to ensure first time right from Line lead or supervisor.
- Only use the correct tools identified for the job to ensure First time right
- Support 5's initiatives to keep workplace neat, clean and Safe. You are the owner for your workstation.
- Ensure discipline online (break time, rules & regulations, rework etc)
Delivery - Complete the Tasks within specified time.
- Respect shop order Takt time allocated (efficiency, on-time delivery)
- Support rework & repair for line machines when needed.
Cost
- Ensure to complete tasks with First time right to eliminate rework or scrap.
- Respect and improve the Standard time of assembly via Kaizen cards.

- Education and Experience:
- Associate degree in a technical field / relevant experience
- Assembler I- 0-1-year experience (Min)
- Hands on experience on mechanical / electrical assembly,
- knowledge of assembly & testing processes of Air Compressor, Generator, Pump / medical equipment is plus.
- Experience in operating tools/Pneumatic/DC & alignment/assembly equipment's.
- Should have operating knowledge of systems & Basic Computer operation.
- Fluent in English
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times (frequently).

Occasional travel may be required
