Position Summary:

As the leader of the Vendor Life Cycle process for all operating companies in the US and Canada, you will represent the US market within the global Vendor Master organization. As the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP vendor management, you will drive compliance and risk mitigation while overseeing operational improvements. You'll serve as the escalation point for prioritized or exceptional requests from the business or Integrated Business Solution (IBS) Manila vendor team, that are outside of master data governance standards. The role includes direct management of a team of local data analysts responsible for critical bank and market control performance, and project-based initiatives impacting the Source-to-Pay end-to-end as the owner of the vendor master function. Additionally, you will oversee the IBS Center of Scale (CoS) shared services team to ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor requests in accordance with operational and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Primary Responsibilities:

* Drive the strategic direction of vendor master data management initiatives across the Source-to-Pay (S2P) end to end for all US and Canadian operating companies, ensuring alignment with S2P and Finance organizational goals, utilizing data analytics and automation tools to enable efficiency and continuous improvement.

* Lead the oversight of vendor request processes performed by the Integrated Business Services (IBS) Manila and within the Center of Services (CoS) Data Analyst team, ensuring adherence to legal/tax requirements and master data standards.

* Serve as a trusted subject matter expert for vendor life cycle teams, business users, and stakeholders. Analyze business vendor requests and service tickets to identify trends and areas for improvement. Foster strong relationships and open lines of communication to facilitate timely issue resolution.

* Conduct thorough risk and compliance reviews to identify potential vulnerabilities within vendor life cycle processes. Develop and implement robust action plans to ensure the integrity of operations against internal and external risks, including fraud. Champion compliance, tax and procurement initiatives, including data cleansing and vendor family reviews and deactivations, to mitigate risks and enhance operational efficiency.

* Develop and deliver comprehensive executive reports based on Service Level Agreements, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and compliance requirements, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders to support operations and informed decision-making.

* Spearhead the onboarding and training of new legal entity users to SAP vendor master, or the decommissioning of legal entities from SAP. Facilitate smooth transitions and ensure that all stakeholders are equipped with the necessary knowledge and resources to effectively identify and create vendors necessary for purchase order creation and payments to occur.

* Serve as an active representative on master data governance committees at market and global levels, leading US and Canadian cross-functional projects for vendor master data.

* Lead, mentor, and support the performance and development objectives of both direct and indirect master data team members. Cultivate a high-performing team culture that encourages professional growth, collaboration, and innovation.

Requirements and Minimum Educational level:

* Bachelor's degree required in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems or Business and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience required.

Experience:

* 3-5 years' experience in SAP, or other ERP, master data set-up systems

* Competence in Information Systems, Procurement, Accounts Payable, or data analytics preferred

* Expertise in Microsoft Office and advanced Excel skills

* Experience with designing/implementing Microsoft Power Platform (PowerBI, PowerApps, etc), Automation Anywhere, DocuSign for data and automation solutions

Skills:

* Knowledge of data governance and management strategies

* Continuous improvement mindset and ability to execute initiates to drive process improvements

* Able to lead and work in cross-functional teams to make connections between technical and business user requirements independently

* Ability to inspire and influence others to achieve goals, whether in a direct or indirect role

* Robust training, presentation and communication skills, including written and verbal communication, to influence various stakeholders

* Able to execute analysis of large volumes of data with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
