We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Project Manager with a proven ability to oversee complex intelligence programs, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure seamless delivery of services to high-profile clients.
Position Summary:
The Project Manager will serve as the primary liaison between leadership, analysts, and client stakeholders, ensuring that all project deliverables are executed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, and a deep understanding of intelligence workflows and operational priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the execution of intelligence and security projects, ensuring all deliverables meet client requirements and contractual obligations.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client communications, status updates, and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate the work of analysts, technical specialists, and support staff to align with project objectives.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Facilitate interdepartmental collaboration to ensure smooth integration of intelligence products, operational support, and technology tools.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, SOPs, and escalation protocols.
  • Support contingency planning and rapid response efforts during crisis situations.


Required Qualifications:



  • Minimum 5 years of project management or program coordination experience in intelligence, security, or related fields.
  • Bachelor's degree in international relations, political science, business administration, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management software.
  • Experience managing high-pressure, deadline-driven projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Prior criminal investigative law enforcement experience, preferred.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP or similar project management certification.
  • Experience supporting government agencies, corporate security, or high-threat operations.
  • Familiarity with intelligence tradecraft, risk analysis, and operational planning.
  • Government Clearance.
  • DHS experience is a plus
