Job Summary
Patient Connection Hub (PCH) Indexing Specialist actively monitors and processes all fax queues for thePCH. Indexers work in an office at a centralized location or work from home. Indexers are responsible for the accurate indexing of documents into the correct patient record in our EMR. Every faxed documentmust be assessed, and the correct document type and document level assigned to it. The indexer willdetermine if the faxed documents should be used to create a referral within our EMR or if a message needsto be routed to the associated office in-basket for review or potential action. This role is expected toaccomplish all work according to PCH guidelines while meeting reporting, metric and quality expectations

Minimum Education, Experience, Training and Licensures Required

• High school diploma or equivalent
• On year of job-related experience required
