Responsibilities The Director of Export Compliance & Policies leads a global team responsible for the design, governance, and strategic execution of the company's export compliance program. Reporting into the Legal function, this leader is accountable for maintaining a best-in-class program that supports business enablement while ensuring compliance with global export control and sanctions regulations, including the EAR, ITAR, OFAC, and non-U.S. regimes. This position plays a critical role in advising on export compliance risks, driving programmatic improvements, and managing a cross-functional team that includes jurisdiction and classification (JC), licensing and policy professionals, and regional compliance specialists. This position requires access to certain goods, software, technology, or technical data subject to U.S. export control laws and regulations. Under these laws and regulations, U.S. persons (which includes U.S. citizens, U.S. nationals, lawful permanent residents, refugees, and asylees) working for Keysight can access export-controlled items without authorization from the U.S. government. The level of role will be based on applicable experience, education and skills; Most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed below. CA pay range: MIN $188,660 - Mid point $251,450 - MAX $314,430; In addition, this role is eligible for Keysight's Senior Leader "Pay For Results" Bonus Program.
