Job Title: IT Project Manager III Duration: 3 Months Location: Chicago, IL Job Summary: The IT Manager will be responsible for maintaining the organization's information technology strategies by managing teams, researching, and implementing strategic technological solutions. The role ensures organizational efficiency and effectiveness by delivering IT plans, leading projects, and overseeing system security, disaster recovery, and technology policies. Key Responsibilities: Maintain organizational effectiveness by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic IT implementation plans. Direct technological research aligned with organizational goals, strategies, and user requirements. Manage projects by coordinating resources, timelines, and deliverables with internal departments and the data center. Conduct system audits to verify application results and ensure compliance. Safeguard assets by implementing disaster recovery, backup procedures, and information security controls. Recommend IT strategies, policies, and procedures through trend evaluation, problem analysis, and anticipating requirements. Manage budgets, forecast resource requirements, schedule expenditures, and take corrective action to meet financial goals. Maintain service quality by establishing and enforcing organizational IT standards. Stay current on industry best practices and emerging technologies. Contribute to overall business success through cross-functional collaboration and achieving related results. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline. 5-8 years of experience in the IT industry, including both development work and customer interaction. Proven project management experience. PMP Certification required.
