We are searching for a Content Operations Specialist to join us and become the strategic force behind the systems and processes that power world-class marketing content. In this role, you'll bring teams together, streamline operations, and enable creativity to thrive - all while making a measurable impact across regions.
What you'll do
- Serve as the primary lead for content operations platforms used for planning, production, and governance of marketing content across teams and regions. You'll manage global teams' configuration, user access, process templates, and troubleshooting.
- Offer cross-functional tool and process assistance to content teams within a global organization-ensuring uniform use of workflows, templates, and standard methodologies.
- Establish and lead a governance committee to drive alignment on platform usage, system changes, process ownership, and adoption across collaborator groups.
- Take charge of developing reports and dashboards with tools such as Adobe Workfront, granting awareness of content plans, production status, and operational performance across regions.
- Support project management and quarterly planning coordination, helping align deliverables across regional teams, content categories, and coordinated campaign achievements.
- Build and maintain clear documentation and process guides for platform usage and content workflows; lead training, onboarding, and peer support to build organizational capability.
- Collaborate closely with campaign marketing, portfolio leads, regional content producers, and creative teams to ensure transparency and alignment across programs and deliverables.
What you need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of experience in content operations, marketing operations, or digital production systems.
- Hands-on experience with content planning and production platforms such as Adobe Workfront, Workfront Planner, Jira, Airtable, or similar tools.
- Strong skills in reporting and dashboard development, ideally using Workfront reporting, Tableau, Power BI, or other visualization tools.
- Proficient in project coordination and planning, with a track record of effectively managing timelines, dependencies, and cross-functional workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build clear process documentation and communicate across technical and non-technical teams.
- Understanding of B2B demand generation, content development, and sales funnels.
- Adobe Workfront experience preferred.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $71,700 -- $161,700 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
