The Adobe Security team is looking for an experienced technical communicator and program builder. This person will help us drive an even stronger culture of security within our product development teams at Adobe. You will be tasked with crafting and managing innovative and engaging awareness, education, training, and relationship nurturing programs. You will work with our security teams to understand real-world risk and developers to understand their security challenges. Your programs will help our development teams meet Adobe security requirements and drive necessary security change.

What you'll Do

* Dig in with our development and security teams to understand prioritized risks, challenges, and what types of content and tools will help

* Build pragmatic, practical communications strategies and plans to drive adoption of security requirements by product development teams

* Create and deliver specialized education programs that educate on our approved security standards and help our developers write more secure code and build required security in throughout the development lifecycle

* Construct awareness and nurturing programs that help provide a more direct and continuous knowledge and transparency loop between developers and our security teams

* Assemble and develop a strong network of champions throughout the Adobe organization to help drive deeper awareness and nurture secure development practices

* Work with our vulnerability management, threat intel, and incident response teams to stay up to date on evolving risks to the security of our organization, adapting as needed in response.

* Collaborate with established partners across Adobe to align objectives and vital support to ensure program success.

What you need to succeed

* Strong passion to inspire and drive our developers to be strong partners in advancing Adobe's product security posture.

* Experience in developing technical communications, education, and awareness content targeting developer communities

* Able to build and manage programs end-to-end, including development of clear metrics for success

* Familiarity with modern game and nudge theory along with other innovative techniques that have proven successful for driving deep, measurable behavioral change.

* Coding skills and experience with data visualization and intelligence tools (e.g. PowerBI, Databricks) a plus, but not required

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $100,300 -- $195,200 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
