Job Summary The Goods Flow Associate plays a key role in ensuring products are available and accessible for customers by supporting efficient goods flow and inventory accuracy within the store. This position is responsible for executing assigned tasks on time, maintaining stock integrity, and working in alignment with safety and operational standards. Key Responsibilities Contribute to high product availability for customers through correct and timely execution of assigned goods flow tasks Perform goods flow operations using systems and tools to ensure efficiency and data accuracy Follow inventory routines to maximize stock accuracy and support customer availability Adhere to all health, safety, and security requirements, actively preventing incidents involving co-workers, customers, equipment, and products Support daily action plan goals by participating in goal-setting and contributing to departmental objectives Optimize goods flow operations by working in a lean, cost-conscious manner and sharing best practices Share knowledge and skills to support colleagues across the department and store
