Make Ready Technician

• Complete routine and emergency maintenance requests promptly.
• Handle work orders involving plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair.
• Prepare vacant units for new occupancy through the make-ready process.
• Maintain clean and safe grounds and common areas.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies as part of a weekend rotation.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and inventory.
• Ensure all work meets safety procedures and building codes.

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in multi-family or apartment settings.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and working knowledge of building systems.
• Must provide your own basic tools and have a valid driver's license.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
