How you'll make history here...

The Executive Talent Partner plays a critical role in delivering top talent to the organization. This role is responsible for sourcing, assessing, and hiring senior-level professionals who align with the organization's strategic goals. This role involves collaborating with senior leadership to understand talent needs, building a robust pipeline of candidates, and ensuring a seamless recruitment and candidate experience from start to finish. You will present qualified candidates to hiring managers and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, external prospects, and candidates.

The individual in this role will leverage passive and active recruitment methods, including social networking, and will serve as an advisor to human resources business partners and hiring managers. This includes consultation on candidate availability in the marketplace and guidance on talent attraction, selection methodology and legal compliance as necessary.

What you will do....

  • Partner with HR and Executive leadership to define role recruitment strategy and deliver top talent.

  • Proactively source executive talent through networking, referrals, and leveraging technology and digital platforms such as LinkedIn.

  • Assess candidates' qualifications, leadership skills, and cultural fit through in-depth interviews and evaluations.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including presentation of candidate profiles, timely progress reports, partnering with Executive Talent Coordinator to coordinate interviews, gathering feedback, and ensuring timely communication.

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive candidates for future leadership roles.

  • Partner with Total Rewards team to create, negotiate and close job offers, including salary, benefits, and employment agreements to ensure mutual satisfaction.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing market insights, candidate trends, leadership profiles, opportunity areas, and best practices.

  • Represent the organization professionally to attract top executive talent and enhance employer branding.

Who you will work with...

  • This role will work closely with our Executive and HR teams.

What you bring to the table.....(Must Have)

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field or 8+ years of relevant work experience

  • 8 +years of recruiting experience, including 3+ years Executive Recruiting experience in a corporate environment or agency

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence key stakeholders

  • Proven track record of recruiting for senior or executive-level positions.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.

  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.

  • Strong understanding of market trends, industry practices, and executive compensation.

  • High degree of confidentiality and discretion dealing with sensitive information about the business and candidates.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced corporate or agency environment.

  • Established network of senior-level talent in the Consumer Product Goods (CPG) industry

  • Workday ATS experience

Work Environment:

  • This role requires a mix of independent work and collaboration with internal teams.

  • Based in Camden, NJ (hybrid schedule)

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$106,600-$153,300

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
