How you'll make history here... The Executive Talent Partner plays a critical role in delivering top talent to the organization. This role is responsible for sourcing, assessing, and hiring senior-level professionals who align with the organization's strategic goals. This role involves collaborating with senior leadership to understand talent needs, building a robust pipeline of candidates, and ensuring a seamless recruitment and candidate experience from start to finish. You will present qualified candidates to hiring managers and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, external prospects, and candidates. The individual in this role will leverage passive and active recruitment methods, including social networking, and will serve as an advisor to human resources business partners and hiring managers. This includes consultation on candidate availability in the marketplace and guidance on talent attraction, selection methodology and legal compliance as necessary. What you will do....

Work Environment:
Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $106,600-$153,300Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
